Cool idea and a good way to get xavier some exposure with young players in the area. It'd be really cool if they could do this with high school athletes, but maybe that'd be some sort of violation?

As far as I know, Xavier itself can not organize and promote a high school tourney, BUT they can allow their facilities to be used by an outside organization. Coaches can also “rent” University facilities and hold camps for high school (and younger) athletes, which most universities do. Many times they will use current college athletes as “counselors” and “instructors” for these camps. All such things are great exposure for the university and coaching staffs.
