Without Hoff, this guy, and the current leadership team, I have no idea where Xavier would be right now in terms of institutional health and positioning, but I doubt it would be as impressive as it stands now.
So much left to do, but so much now with which to work.

Outstanding man, engaging, and has a very healthy amount of competitiveness. His finger-prints are on so many more things, hires, and changes than most people could even begin to realize.
He will be sorely missed.
