Anyone else catch Brian Snow's tweet about the Big East being masters at NCAA bid collusion? He hints that Marq and Nova will take a dive so that two bubble teams will play on Sat at MSG. Thoughts

I thought the same about the old BE, especially when 2 bubble teams always seemed to find their way to the finals at MSG on a regular basis.

A good example of the collusion was Creighton and Providence each getting big wins late in the season against Nova last year.

For it to be our turn, we need at least FIVE big wins to get in. It looks like the opposite....we can play a big part in keeping teams OUT of the dance with wins. SHU, BU, and especially SJU. Unfortunately an X loss is now a “bad” loss. I have a feeling X fans will draw the ire of our brethren fans at the BE tournament after we pin 2 on the Johnnies to punch their NIT ticket.

St Johns will be dancing. They're athletic enough to make the Final Four and dumb enough to lose game one.
