What could have been potential disaster turns into a Tyrique Jones thunderdunk. Really looking like Xavier's day today.

And that'll do it. Wow. Hopefully that big ole light switch stays in the ON position!

Fact? I’m sorry, but this is dumb. I suppose it’s plausible that Q is telling people this. I’m sure he’s embarrassed by his play, so perhaps he’s advancing the injury narrative to save face around campus.
But get serious. It makes no sense that he has not one, but two injuries so severe that they have precipitated a major decline in his ability to play basketball. Steele would have to be a real tyrant to put a kid with such “health problems” on the floor for 30+ mpg.
And wow! We are really playing well right now. Scruggs!

Would love a nice gratuitous exclamation point dunk at the end of this one. Gotta get that in for the season and this might be the only chance.

"I’m willing to sacrifice everything for this team. I’m going to dive for every loose ball, close out harder on every shot, block out for every rebound. I’m going to play harder than I’ve ever played. And I need you all to follow me." -MB '17

Most enjoyable half of basketball we’ve watched this year. The pint of Guinness I’m about to have is going to taste good.
