There's no reason this team can't finish 6th or better.

Villanova has the house edge when it comes to three point shooting. If you are going to play that game with them you had better play your cards that give you the best chance to win (Scruggs and Wealage).

Choosing to allow Naji to shoot 3s is like doubling down with a 7 against a 10. Not only is is a poor strategy, the more you do it the greater the advantage the house has to come out ahead in the end.

The last bracketology I saw for I think CBS had 10 of the 12 big 10 teams in the tourney. PSU and Illinois were out and the rest were in. That is crazy and just isn’t sustainable all year. The PAC 12 and Big East will have more than 2 or 3 teams, they had Rutgers in, that just won’t happen.

There are 14 teams in the Big Ten. I would assume Rutgers and Northwestern would also be out.

Rutgers is 9-9, 2-6. No one has them in.

I gave up on making the tournament as an at-large a few games ago. At that point all I really wanted to see was improvement from top to bottom in large part to see how first year head coach Steele could turn a team around. It bodes well for the future if this team shows solid improvement and I think they have started to. To turn a team around that is clearly frustrated with their play, little chances at making the tournament, and a fan base that is extremely critical and frustrated as well is a hard thing to do. As I said a few weeks ago it looked like 3-4 players wished the season was over already. Things have been better since so I am pleased so far.

Wow! Giving up on making Tourney with 12 BE Games to play plus BE Tourney. We already played BE Studs Nova & Marquette away & DePaul away who is tied with us for 3rd. We are only 1/3 into BE Play. Enjoy the games as they unfold. Its not All about arriving at the Dance, its the journey along the way

We're not even on the radar for at-large consideration, nor should we be.

The only way to get back on the radar is a long winning streak. One that this team isn't likely capable of playing the caliber of teams we have left. We will be lucky to finish .500.

It's NYC or bust at this point. Pray for a MSG miracle. That would be fun.

We win two this week, and we are on the radar. Though I think winning two is unlikely, they are at home and Cintas always gives the guys a boost. 13-8 and 5-3 with a win over a top 25 team would be tremendous for where this team was after the last game against Marquette.

Unless we magically win the Big East Tournament, we don't. Period.

Thought I saw but probably not, still these bracket specialists are going out of their way to exclude the Big East and PAC 12. Maybe they have a good reason but maybe not.
