If Marquette wins out, and we win out, they get the 1 and we get the 3.

If GTown beats Marquette, Marquette gets the 2, Gtown the 3, and we get the 4

Either way if we win out we look to be isolated against Marquette until the Championship game.

Well, there's always the chance Georgetown does the very Big East 2019 thing and loses to DePaul before they beat Marquette. Then we're the #3, and Marquette is the #2.
