Two more things for all the people expecting multiples:
1. Don't sweat the sleep thing too much. After the first night you will probably be pretty concerned about your ability to keep going without much sleep, but your body adjusts and you will do much better than you think. The human body can withstand a lot.
2. Lots of twins here - is this a rich whitey waiting until their late 20's to have kids and then needing fertility treatments thing? I know mine were :)Eat Donuts!

Wow! I feel old as my twin girls are 15!
My biggest piece of advice is to keep them on the same schedule when it comes to feeding. No one likes to wake a sleeping baby but you will never get any sleep if you don’t.
