He’d (anyone) would be much better off getting coached by NBA coaches than playing time in D league

I agree 100%. Not to mention he will be going up against NBA talent in practice every day.

I honestly think a if a player is sent to the d league he is better off playing a year in Europe.

Make more money, showcase yourself, try again next year.

If looks like Trevon is on the 15 person roster to start season..Good luck to him. He gave us so much..and in watching replays on my rowing machine I see how much the defense was keying on him to keep him from getting space. Will have lots of good practice opportunities and who knows.

If the goal is to make the NBA then the G-league is the way to go only because of exposure. Teams still are too connected to the G league to keep tabs on everyone in europe, unfortunately. I could be wrong but there aren’t a lot of players I can think of that go to Europe and then come back to the NBA. Whereas the G league advertise such instances.

If you're in the D league, you are constantly being watched by the parent team, and other parent teams. Competition might be better in Europe, but you are already in the system in the D league.

Looks like he is on the roster still. Not sure if it's been updated

2-way players will always be listed on the roster.
