Liverpool is looking strong. I do like manager Jürgen Klopp. He seems to actually have fun. Too many of the other managers always look like someone pissed in their Wheaties.

Been a Reds fan since 2001 while working in London. A colleague invited me up to Liverpool for the weekend. Took me to Anfield and the rest is history. OF course, after dominating the 70's and 80's they've yet to win Premier League title. My paranoid self sees that as all my fault. Is this the year? Long way to go but it's looking good. We'll find out in a couple of hours if it continues against Arsenal. Wolves just equalized against Spurs as well. It all seems to be falling into place ... for now.

Hell of a first half for Liverpool. I love watching EPL, but don’t have a single favorite team. I like Crystal Palace since they played a friendly against FC Cincinnati a few years ago. Leicester City is another after their improbable championship in 2016. As for the top teams, I like Man City (just because it’s not Man United) and Liverpool because of Klopp.
I loved James Corden’s take on Americans picking an EPL team to follow. It starts about 4:35 in this.

Liverpool over Barcelona. Incredible.
They've only lost 1 game this season...but still a point behind Man City....he went up late, and I was already up there.

But 7 draws vs 2 for City is going to keep them from the title unless Brighton and Hove Albion can pull a major upset on Sunday.
