2018-2019 Uniforms

I admit I have a problem. I'm too obsessed with uniform design. But for those that care. Here is some info.

Q and Tyrique did an unboxing today and some new details came out which I then confirmed via Mario on Twitter.

Navy uniforms no longer have a white collar and now have metallic silver swords on the shorts.

The Running Man logo will be larger on the throwbacks, however, not as big as we may want. Turns out, the Nike design limits the size due to the side paneling.

I'm not a big fan of the X swords on the shorts at all. Only way to make those worse is to have them all metallic. The whole thing is a weird look IMO. I assume its a look the players like, though and after the first 30 seconds of seeing the team in whichever uniform they are wearing that night I won't care a bit.

I am a giant uniform nerd also, I want the running man shorts. I just sneak them by my wife since she is pissed my soccer jersey collection is large.

Probably 25 or so, some get wore out and I make them work shirts. I get mostly countries and Bayern. I was born there and we were fans when we loved there.

My old man soccer teams wear Dortmund yellow though from last year. We were Argentina before that.

Hate to sound so negative, but these uni's aren't very exciting. I guess there needs to be a stinker year thrown in every now and then to makes other years look like a step up. These designs are amateur hour.

I think that's an interesting take and do to the fact that a lot of Nike's designs are very minimal. It's all about color, custom font and maybe one design element.
