Looks like a stud. Flying under the radar and likes Xavier and Travis Steele. Looks really underrated.

I wouldnt neccisarly say he is flying under the radar, he has double digit major offers.

This kid does have game! Made HUGE jump in rankings after monster Under Tournament averaging 26+. Some rankings now have him in top 50 in 19 class. As Banners noted, X was favorite because of early interest and his knowledge of the program. Unfortunately, they also commented the longer he goes uncommitted, the chances he chooses X are slim. UK looking at him and just got offer from CM

It seems like we get in on people early but never get the luck of having them commit, hopefully Allen is different. We had a really unlucky cycle last year, and it'd be great if we could fill 2019 with some studs to get back on track. Fingers crossed Steel and co. built good rapport with him, and he wants to take X to new heights!

Word locally is that he is waiting to see if UK offers. Coach Cal was at the game where he scored 30+. He is probably going to be the favorite for player of the year in KY, but that doesn’t mean an automatic offer from UK by any means. Most locals are hoping that it will be X if it isn’t UK. WVU, Va Tech, Vandy, and Perdue are all involved too.

Not saying they won't offer, but they already have a small forward committed and are going after a few others higher than him

They've already offered and Allen is expected to jump big time in the rankings after the week he had.

According to Verbal Commits, 24/7, and Rivals UK has NOT offered yet. But they are hoping that he will do an unofficial visit sometime soon, and he may get an offer then. He has jumped into the #46 spot in the Rivals top 150 and is now ranked the top recruit in KY.

Pendleton County Ky has a population of right at 14,000. It’s very small and very rural. News travels fast around there. If he had an offer from UK it would be front page news in the Falmouth Outlook and people would be talking about it all the time. UK basketball is not quite a religion there, but it’s close. It’s actually in some ways more important than religion, because while churches seem to break up and reform all the time, UK BB love remains consistent. It unites the community, religion seems to separate it. My wife went to school there, we lived in the country for 11 years until we moved back north a year ago, we still attend church there (and always will), and I play in a county golf league every Monday. Unless something has changed in the last 48 hours, he hasn’t gotten the offer.....yet......or they are keeping it real quiet.

You commute from Canada for church?
...he went up late, and I was already up there.
