I would like to state that St. John's win over Duke makes a lot more sense now.

UMBC lost by 44 to Albany this year.
UMBC lost like 23 straight times to Vermont before hitting a game winning 3 at the buzzer in their conf tournament to get this bid.2014 RTS National Champion $200,000 (2460 teams) 2015 RTS 2nd Place $25,000 (3120 teams)

That game was the perfect storm. UMBC played the perfect game against a team that as they got farther behind and being offensively challenged was simply not going to come back. Talk about deer in the head lights. History made. One of the greatest upsets in sports history.
