That is an amazing accomplishment. I know David West made first team 3 times and I imagine Byron Larkin did too. Tu Holloway had to be first team as a junior and senior, but probably not as a sophomore. I recall Lenny Brown being first team a couple times, but maybe not 3 times.

Yes, according to my memory (which was aided by Wikipedia).

No bigs. We'd get pounded. If we take that approach then add Delgado, at least.

Doyel: Trevon Bluiett's beautiful shot is an Indy creation and a Xavier sensation

INDIANAPOLIS – The coach and his kid have another game together. Maybe three or four. Could be five more games. Six? It’s possible. The coach and his kid, they’ve been waiting a lifetime for this moment, and it’s here: Xavier is a No. 1 seed in the 2018 NCAA Tournament. The kid, Trevon Bluiett of Indianapolis, is Xavier’s leading scorer. The coach, Reynardo Bluiett, is his father.

Together, they built the most beautiful shot in college basketball.

Congrats to Trevon. 2nd team All American.
Some good news on an otherwise bad news day.

Congrats. It is amazing to me to think that the 3 long term seniors, the grad transfer, Mack and assistants (most) won't be there. My daughter was a freshman a year before Tre and my younger daughter is with Kaiser so I have watched almost 100 games in past 5 years(thanks to Foxsports). I am starting to get sick of change at age 62 but a great run for Tre and everyone.

More All American awards for Trevon.
Wish he could have found 2 more 3's in the last game, but he earned his rafter spot.
