There are 12 guys currently eligible based on innings/games played to be considered DHs. Before this season I would have taken 7 or 8 above Reynolds. And of the other 4 or 5, one is Victor Martinez who is in the last year of his big contract on a bad team so they aren't signing Reynolds and the other is Albert Pujols and the Angels aren't playing Reynolds above him. Of the others, CJ Cron is 6 years younger. Logan Morrison had a much better 2017 than Reynolds and 4 years younger, and therefore commanded a better contract. The other is Matt Davidson and the White Sox aren't going to sign any free agents on what they knew was going to be a shit season.

Low cost power is all I'm saying. Big asset to any team when you think some of the slubs sitting around on the bench.

Can the Reds switch to the AL Central for the second half of the season? 9-2 against the AL Central, 15-27 against the NL Central.

Glad we could help Mr. Yelich make MLB history.

At least they went 6-1 against the hated Dodgers.
