Seems reasonable... but a little low in my opinion... would have thought X would have been in the 12-15 range but that's my opinion... and not the opinion of some random coach's assistant that fills out these things. What I do find interesting is uc is already at 13. They are destined to be in the top 5 at some point probably by the way their schedule is... Probably their toughest game is against us on the road (for them). Who else they got? UCLA on the road... that's about it. Count those 2 games being their only two losses until they lay an egg against USF or Tulane or something late in the season and they will undeservedly keep moving up the polls and once again be out in the first round of the tournament as a 2 or 3 seed.

They play #8 Wichita State twice. But the first meeting is not until 2/18, so they could definitely be highly ranked with a gaudy schedule going into it.

I thought we’d be higher, but I’m OK with the ranking. I’d rather be ranked lower and move up. Last year, I thought our initial ranking was too high and we did nothing but drop most of the year.
