    2017-2018 PGA Tour Thread

The season starts Thursday (still no Tiger). Kokrak is in the field this week and enters the season 106(89 to start last season) in the World Golf Rankings.

Jason is playing well. Long way to go, but he's in position to start the season with a nice pay day.

With a 70, 69 and 68 in tow, he's -9 through 3 rounds and 5 shots off the overall lead. A top 10 is definitely in play for this weekend.

The eagle on #16 changed a blase' round into a worthwhile day and vaulted him up the leaderboard on moving day; needs one more solid round to start the season on promising note.

Also noteworthy is that wildfires in the Napa area damaged part of the course less than 24 hours after the conclusion of the Safeway Open.

While nobody noticed Jason posted Top 10 at Sanderson Farms & pocketed $134K; he likes that event.

Jason is taking full advantage of the fall season 17th, 7th and 20th in the first three events. $266k already and 34th in the FedEx standings. That's a nice headstart towards a successful season.

That event is another place where he has good history; especially saved his card in first year on tour.
