As noted above, I think it's fair to say that he's going to be a project and not expected to do too much his first few years. That said, Mack and staff have a good track record when it comes to evaluating talent of players not heavily recruited by other major programs.
I know I was scratching my head a bit when they gave Stainbrook an offer, and a little but less with O'Mara. Same thing with James Farr.

Bingo. They've figured out ways to utilize their big men, and even if they aren't the most talented in the world at the time of commitment, they find ways to develop them and help them contribute into solid players. I have full faith in Mack and company, we got the first commit of the class, and that's the positive step here.

I know he was caught and arranged in court December of 2017, whatever happened to him?
I was curious and searched but there is no news. Anyone here know if he is serving time or let go with probation?
