Just a thought: depending on his manufacturing source (somebody in Vietnam, etc.) they may have a very good idea of what sizes sell in the US.

Xavier signing apparel deal with Big Baller Brand? (Likely Not)

Emp hit the nail on the head. Manufacturing costs may be cheap. But as I said before, it's only a very small part of the sale and distribution equation. With no vertical integration he'll need to pay a premium to outsource every element in the process. Particularly since he's almost certainly financing those costs with sales revenue.

Two younger kids will not wear Ball's shoes at UCLA (link)

One of the interesting subplots of the Ball family launching their own apparel company, headlined by Thursday’s announcement of Lonzo’s $495 signature ZO2 shoe, is whether or not the younger Balls — LiAngelo, who enrolls at UCLA next season, and LaMelo, who is in the Class of 2019 — will wear the shoes at UCLA.
And the simple answer is ‘No’.
"He's a little bit ball-dominant, he needs to have the ball in his hands, and he's not a good shooter." Ball-dominant … isn't that a nice way of calling someone a ball hog? Where is my Jay Bilas Thesaurus?

"Starting this season, UCLA will be getting paid nearly $19-million a year for the next 15 years — roughly $280 million in total — by Under Armour to have their logo prominently located on every piece of athletic apparel they wear."

On Wednesday, Crawford tweeted out that he needed the “LaVar Ball shoes” and then, once provided with the link, quickly pre-ordered his pair of the ZO2 Primes.

Crawford and Lonzo would make great teammates on the Lakers. Confirms much of what I always thought about him.

    Damming with faint praise?

"The shoe isn't just like, horrible," said former Xavier guard Edmond Sumner. "It's better than some sneakers are right now."

Lmao I mean what else are you really supposed to say in that position when you aren't an established superstar, or a douche? You kind of have to walk a thin line.
