Met him in San Antonio and Detroit at Final Fours. A genuinely nice guy. Talked about Xavier, and he was just a regular guy.

Not a mass exodus, they are bleeding to death financially and cutting costs. High content costs due to bad deals and declining ratings. OOPS! People are not leaving voluntarily as much as being pink slipped and shoved out the door.
