"He's a little bit ball-dominant, he needs to have the ball in his hands, and he's not a good shooter." Ball-dominant isn't that a nice way of calling someone a ball hog? Where is my Jay Bilas Thesaurus?

That sucks, talk about a quick turnover, I understand US Soccer is a huge deal and definitely an ideal job, but man leaving within half of a year seems pretty rough.

I know coaching generally requires a lot of movement. But she's moved a lot -- even by coaching standards.

I think she could have helped the program out tremendously though, I mean in her one season as Green Bay coach, she took them from 4 wins to 11 wins... obviously knows something being a two time all-american at UNC as well. Sucks for the girls really.

I don't know. The people I know in womens' coaching are moving every 2 years or so. This move is definitely unfortunate.

She had already been coaching with US Soccer, from what I understand.

Well, that stinks. Makes one wonder if she would have ever stuck around. I guess I understand the move but it leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

I don't understand the move. I can't find any reporting on this outside XU press releases. And those are vague on the details. Combined, that tells me it's only an assist or developmental position.
