I didn't suggest they were. I just noted both firms hired by Trump Media have been fined by the SEC and are no longer doing business/not with the account.

In order to go public, you provide a 2-3 prior years worth of audited financials that adhere to GAAP. 21-23 would definitely fall in that range, and before you slam me for not liking Trump I worked at PwC and have been on 3 public offerings.
