Seems as if Justice Barrett, installed on the Court by the previous President, is doing a good job of even handed and fair jurisprudence.
Really? Apparently public figures are exempt as you have called Biden and Harris every name in the book. Glad to see you changed your position on Obamacare.

It's sorta like flip-flopping on installing SC justices. Can't even bother to give Garland a hearing, let alone a vote.
Ram Barret through a few weeks before the election.

Someday I hope the Dems wake up to the nonsense and start playing hardball. Don't have a lot of hope though.
Got to always fix the nonsense of the prior administration.

Jeez, they voted on standing not the law itself. Insults are a sign you've lost the argument right Bobbie?

Clearly Garland is unfit so a hearing was a waste of time .

Hardball? Hope not. Wouldn't want another Progessive assassin to mistake them for Republican Congressman...

Guess you're blabbing about the Bernie fan @ the baseball field incident, altho who knows what you're talking about. . Nobody died except the shooter, in contrast to 5 dead and 140 injured by trump fans @ the Capitol.

Garland has plenty of time to purge the DOJ of trump nuts. Who protected the 'pubs @ the field.....wait for it....the Capitol Police.

No one died from injuries on Jan 6 and only one person was shot. She was a veteran and unarmed. Really, Garland should remove himself if he's working to remove loons from the DOJ.

Of course. He was so unfit that a Republican controlled Senate in 1997 confirmed him to the Court of Appeals in DC by a vote of 76-23.

You guys live in a strange place, apparently unencumbered by facts.

In 1997? Times change. Just ask Janice Rogers Brown and Kavenaugh (only 13 more partisan no votes for the lower Court than Garland)

You started the partisan Judgicial fire.

I never took a position on Obamacare, other than “Keep your Doctor” Obama lying his ass off.
Joe Biden and Kamala Harris are terrible leaders and hypocrites. If those are names, so be it.

In case you missed it The Court upheld the 1st Amendment and Religious Freedom. Likely would’ve gone the other way if Clinton was elected in ‘16.
