Looks like he'll be #94 in the FedEx Cup standings after today's Nuke Laloosh-like round.
He should be able to make it through 2 of the playoff events at this pace, but he's got a lot of work to do (i.e. Top 10 finishes or better) if he wants to play beyond Labor Day.

He was already borderline just to make it to Round 2 of the playoffs after yesterday, and now fell off the cliff after bogeying his first 4 holes today. Needs to get above +1 just to get above the cut. A missed cut would mean the end of his season.

JK is safely under the cut. He needs a 2-foot putt to card a 1-under round and be even for the tourney. With the cutline a 2-over, Jason could miss the putt and still be comfortably into the third round.

Holy hell. 6 under for his last 11 holes. We need to see more of that JK!
If he had missed the cut and ended his season today, I would have considered it a pretty disappointing year for him, because he would have been taking a step back from his success last year. He's got a shot to change that narrative now. Particularly if he's got another 6 birdie in 11 hole run in him!

Wow. He was +6 for the tournament after 7 holes. He definitely rebounded today, but is definitely going to need 2 very good rounds to be sure to move on.
Right now, he's projected to be #90 on the FedEx Cup list - not sure if that will change much after the afternoon players finish up today. He might get airtime on Sunday if he's still on the bubble at that point.

For the whole tournament, Jason is +5 on the front 9 at Westbury and -6 on the back 9. At -1 overall, he is within striking distance of the top ten by 3 strokes and the overall leader by 6 strokes at the moment.

And -1 overall is where he'll finish. That will put him around #80 in the FedEx Cup standings.
He was briefly at -2 and in the Top 70, but he bogeyed the 16th to fall back for the time being. He'll move on to Boston but really needs a solid performance next week if he wants to go any further up the standings.

Jason is fighting for his season again after starting 4 over in his first 6 holes today. Needs to get one or two back today to make the cut, and then he'd need to climb the leaderboard this weekend to qualify for stage 3 of the playoffs.

Nope. Not getting it. Made the cut but at the bottom. Still a damn nice $1.2 million year tho.
