Thanks all. I showed my ignorance by assuming West would start. My thinking was, "He's got an X on his shoulder, start the man!" Haha. Hope he gets a ring next year.

After about 15 minutes on Basketball Reference I don't believe any team has ever had more than 4 players make the All Star team in one year, but 4 has been done several times by multiple franchises. Golden State does have a lot of players who have been on All Star teams before once you add in West and Iguodola to the four that made it last season.
Coach Mack, "My wife thinks I'm strange for drinking Capri Suns. I think its strange they don't make them bigger than 6oz."

Tu will be playing in the NBA Vegas Summer league, but not for a specific team, he'll be on a roster made up of D-League players.

I posted an eerily similar post to yours on the Scout site this morning--to the point where I would have been convinced I had damned near plagiarized your post. I wish I had seen this one first because it would have saved me some research time.
I'm really hopeful that Sumner is our next long-term NBA talent.
Stan Kimbrough started the current streak of consecutive NBA seasons with an XU player in '89-'90. Either Tyrone Hill and David West have represented X in every NBA season after that.
XU players during that 27-year run include: Stan Kimbrough, Tyrone Hill, Derek Strong, Aaron Williams, Brian Grant, Larry Sykes, Michael Hawkins, James Posey, Torraye Braggs, David West, Lionel Chalmers, Derrick Brown and Jordan Crawford."Xavier is Franciscan monkspeak for gonads."

OKC, I'm told, bringing Semaj Christon to vet-camp. He averaged 16/4/3 in Summer League, might've balled himself into a deal.

Cameron Payne, OKC's backup PG, underwent surgery for a Jones fracture. Expected to be back for training camp, but any delays with the healing (KD's took longer than expected) - Semaj might get more of a chance to show what he's got.
