One could even say it was a blessing in disguise
It is awful that Edmund Sumner suffered a terrifying and life/career-altering/threatening injury.
AND
His absence has provided an opportunity for new roles and tactics and experience that can benefit the team in the future.

I get what Drew was saying. Whether we were "off track" or not, we have built our record to 15-1 despite not being on our "A" game for several of them. I think that's actually a testament to what this team can achieve.

Hopefully we're back on track
I don't know exactly what qualifies as our "A" game because I don't know our ceiling. I'm not sure anyone really does. But we looked damn good against Michigan, Dayton and USC.

Speaking of USC -- up 18 and dominating at UCLA.
Michigan also picked up a huge win against #3 Maryland yesterday.
Xavier's OOC resume looking stronger and stronger.
