    Goodbye Dee Davis

Banners on the Parkway put together a nice salute to Dee Davis' career at Xavier.

    http://www.bannersontheparkway.com/2...well-dee-davis

    Some of the highlights include:
    - His toughness
    - Dee being the only X player to play 2 seasons in both the A10 & Big East
    - His signature game against UC

Thank you Dee Davis! You will be missed! All the best! Go X!!!!

The next time I read some stupid post that says, "Players don't develop under Mack", I should link to this article.

Link the article, and refresh the "ignore" feature. Five of eight years into the Sweet 16 says someone is finding and developing players. Sorry two teams in the country have more Sweet 16's in that period...

Dee played his heart out and I think I appreciate his efforts more now that he is done.

I'll say it again. Dee Davis. Freakin' Warrior.

For me Dee is Jason Love-like. Just work your freakin ass off to make yourself a better player and play with supreme confidence especially when it counts. Xavier Nation will miss Dee but I hope he doesn't go too far. Guy would make a helluva coach some day.
Xavier is THE University of Cincinnati

No one played harder than Dee... Man did he blossom into one beautiful player to watch this season, especially in his final BE Tourney and NCAA Tourney.

Thanks Dee for showing the younger players what Senior leadership is all about at X... You made me and so many other alumni (and fans that aren't alumni) so freaking proud. Someone's going to want to pay you to play ball somewhere... That's for sure. Best of luck in the future.
