Read on Twitter today that '15 Philly PG Traci Carter is taking an official visit to Xavier this weekend and will be at the Cintas Center when 'Nova visits Saturday. He is also set to formally visit Marquette next weekend for their Senior Day. Also being recruited by Seton Hall and UConn.
Is he viewed as the replacement for Brandon Randolph?

Odds are we lose either Randolph or Sumner here. No way we carry 4 PGs on the roster with Myles also on the team.

I thought we weren't supposed to speculate about players leaving until an announcement has been made, out of respect for them and their families or something like that...
But anyways, it looks like he has a loooong list of offers at this point, and we are one of two schools he is officially visiting. So without knowing any real details about his recruitment, I'd say we're in a pretty good position.zip em up

Traci Carter - '15 PG
You take talent when you can. If you can make your roster better you do.
Summer is a combo guard. Randolph is a combo guard (or scoring point guard), Austin is the only true point on the roster next year.“Life is tough, but it's tougher when you're stupid.” John Wayne

Any idea how good Carter is? It says he is 6’, was kinda hoping X could get more size at the guard position.

I would be surprised if he picks Xavier. We have Austin, Randolph, Sumner, and even Myles Davis who are capable at point. Marquette has no one.
