That's one hell of a special young lady.
...he went up late, and I was already up there.

I just watched the video and you are exactly right. She is one hell of special young lady. The courage that she shows everyday to not give up is amazing. I wish more people lived by that motto. I truly hope all the stars align for her to play in that game, experience the roar of the crowd, and fulfill a dream of hers.
I am glad that both the NCAA and Xavier have stepped up to try and make this happen.

I'm planning on being there. I hope the crowd is huge.

I too will be there. I know it only costs $5 to get in, but is there a way to donate more?

Net proceeds from the game are being donated to The Cure Starts Now Foundation. It's a national foundation, and was selected by the Hill Family.

Very sad story, but very cool of Chris Mack and everyone else that made this happen. She seems like a hell of a fighter who will do whatever it takes to play in that game.

Mark Adams, who's son went to Xavier and one of the ESPN (and other networks) College Basketball TV analysts, is trying to get one of the networks to televise the game. He'll work the game for free. Would be nice if someone picked it up....even on an on-line streaming basis.

Kudos to the NCAA for allowing the schedule change to hopefully get her one college game. Hard to even type this without tearing up.
Sent from my iPhone using TapatalkGolf is a relatively simple game, played by reasonably intelligent people, stupidly.

Broke my heart to read about it. I don't know if I could have that kind of strength.
