The Root Beer Stand

Anyone ever go there? It's a nice seasonal place I only discovered last year. Good root beer and good "snack" food. If you've never been, you should give it a try. Today, they are selling certificates at half price on cincysavers. Can't beat it!

Used to go there more than a few times during the summer. I'm not aware of any other place in town that sold footlongs.

Used to go there twice a week when I worked in that side of town. Then took a job in Florence, now moved to indy. Great summer spot

Flubs in Hamilton is great. For the best foot long chili dogs and root beer in Greater Cincinnati, try Jolly's in Hamilton. They still bring the food to the car and hang it in the side window. It's the best.

Nothing like taking the kids to the Root Beer Stand for a couple footlongs w/chili, bags of Fritos and a pitcher of root beer. Americana at its best!
