    Prayers requested

    My father had passed away last night after being admitted into hospice care late last week. It was just a few weeks shy of what would have been his 57th wedding anniversary with my dear mother. While he was not a Xavier grad, he did get his undergrad degree from a sister Jesuit institution (the U of Scranton).
