Good to see that Jim Crews hasn't forgotten how to be a Grade-A asshole.

The staff (Crews) had to have known for a while that they were going to do this. I understand this happens fairly often in D-1 basketball but they really screwed this kid over by waiting so long. Now, the poor guy is left scrambling. That is a Dick move.

Jim Crews gonna Jim Crews
A kid in this situation should NOT have to sit out a year when he goes to another school.

It's very unlikely that he'll get any sort of a waiver, much less a hardship waiver. What's the hardship??
Fair or not, players who lose their scholarships or get cut generally still have to sit. Waiting to tell him was, in fact, shitty, but it won't get him a waiver."You can't fix stupid." Ron White

It would be great to see someone throw a basketball off the head of Jim Crews in the near future.
He has deserved it for a couple of decades. It could help him."All I need are some tasty waves, a cool buzz and I'm fine.--Jeff Spicoli"

I predict that St. Louis will regret hiring this guy within 2 years.
