...he went up late, and I was already up there.

Isn't it a little late for that? I feel like we'd have to break some contracts to make that happen, though it would be AWESOME to be playing in that tournament strictly for brand recognition around the country. We're important, but it would still do wonders for us.

EDIT: Nevermind, it says that DePaul slid into their place for the tournament in the article.

Would they have written this article if UC was in in the Big East ?
"He's a little bit ball-dominant, he needs to have the ball in his hands, and he's not a good shooter." Ball-dominant isn't that a nice way of calling someone a ball hog? Where is my Jay Bilas Thesaurus?

The companion article, "Is the AAC too tough for its own good?" is only one word long.

Also, that article was not well-written.

So, Michigan State was severely taxed by their championship campaign, but Ohio State wasn't when they played a similar conference schedule and the same number of conference tournament games? Hmm.

I get a feeling Big 12 columnists may be thinking along thinner lines. Baylor is shaping up to be a whipping boy in that league this year.

Deja vu all over again for Creighton - Martin Krempelj out for the year with a torn ACL he suffered in their win against Seton Hall last night.

That guy was playing well for them. This hurts them.
