He's one of the top 4 or 5 centers in the 2013 class going by the rankings.

Stiff competition here for the Muskies, he has offers from 18 teams including UNC.

#28 on Scout....not to sound overly partial but Rivals is practically a ghost town and ESPN is garbage. Scout actually sends guys to games to watch these kids.

I would be stoked to get him, I just don't see it happening, so many teams are in on him, and I feel like UNC will be able to pull some strings to get him, which disgusts me.

I would imagine that Meeks or someone in his camp would've had to tell Scout that Xavier made me him offer. Otherwise, why would they make that up?

Meeks is not a priority target, he is a recruit that Xavier has scouted/watched, but we are not a player in his recruitment and will not be.
