Hire-a-Muskie - Resources for career services

Over the past year+, the alumni chapters and its board along with the Parents group have worked with Career Services and Williams College of Business Professional Development Center to better coordinate how all facets of the university can help its graduates in career services.

Hire-a-Muskie is a one stop web page (spearheaded by Career Services) loaded with this information.

In particular, the Xavier LinkedIn group with more than 4000 members is being used more and more as a starting point where you can come up with Xavier connections using the advanced search features.

And remember, if you are in a position to hire ... Hire-a-Muskie!

I'm sorry I'm just now seeing this. A great list of resources there.

I was considering putting together a group of XU lawyers to meet for lunch once or twice a month in Indy when I stumbled on this thread.

I'm sure that would be some interesting conversations.

I'd rather send referrals to X people than non X people if I can help it.

Have you hung your jersey yet? It's been a year.

Several in-house opportunities at my company if there are any X Esqs. who want to move to Wichita.

Not a popular option here. The business likes to see warm bodies in the attorney offices.
