This isn’t new music, but this Russian band does a great job covering Chicago songs.

Sent from my iPhone using TapatalkGolf is a relatively simple game, played by reasonably intelligent people, stupidly.

It's been 40 years since I saw him live in the '78 Draw the Line Tour ... looking forward to seeing Steven Tyler and his "country band" Loving Mary playing Naperville's Ribfest July 7. The We're all Somebody from Somewhere LP is from 2016 ... they'll play some Aerosmith and other covers plus the songs from that LP.

Check out ALVVAYS. Great Canadian band with an '80s sound.

Greta Van Fleet is a pretty good band. Very 70's rock Led Zeppelin feel to them. I've been enjoying their album From The Fires

I don't know how many of you know of Black Rebel Motorcycle Club but their newest album, Wrong Creatures - about 6 months old- is superb. Really like almost all of their stuff, although they really aren't a "new" band. That's their 8th album.

I've been following an annual competition called Hits Like A Girl. This eight-year-old girl from Japan was a finalist, but not the outright winner for the <18 category. (The winner was an older girl, also from Japan.) These kids have some talent. The person who won it about two or three years ago is now a rising star on YouTube named Elise Trouw, who is a fantastic drummer, yet she's moved on to other instruments too.
