Kokrak had an interesting round today. Got to three over, then all the way to 2 under, then double bogey back to even, then back to 2 under, then 2 more bogeys to finish even par. Quite the thrill ride. Only 5 pars in 18 holes.

Jason was 2 under and in good shape headed to the 17th at Sawgrass today. Put it in the drink at 17 and finished double-bogey, bogey and +1.
Jason's not making the cut this week. He's projected to drop to 123 in the FedEx Cup standings. Not a good year so far.
Moneywise, that's not too shabby. But he's not going to qualify for the PGA postseason at this rate - keeping his tour card for 2018 isn't a given yet.
He's off to a very good start today - currently -4 through the opening round of the Byron Nelson Classic. Tied for 3rd and 2 shots off of current leaders James Hahn and Ricky Barnes.
Birdie on #1 has Jason one shot off the lead in Dallas super early. He's currently tied with another golfer of local interest: Ryan Armour.
Local as in Cincy, Dallas or Wichita in the case of Armour?
He's an Ohio State guy. Might have once had a caddie who is a Dana's co-owner.
Jason's alone in first after 8 holes.
