In today's society this may be the end for Huggins. If anyone at WVU is looking to get rid of him (and possibly not pay the remaining balance on a contract) this looks like it could be an opportunity.
I am having a hard time imagining the state of West Virginia and the people in power there getting too worked up about a gay slur, much less a Catholic slur.

I don't see this as any different than most of the trash talking I'm hearing guys say in games, but he has to know that he's supposed to be the adult in the room when you have his job. If the WVU administration tries to shrug this off things could get ugly with sponsorships, supporters, etc.

I really like the apology by Bob. Notice how he says that he'll accept any punishment that comes his way. Or said differently, he ain't resigning over this.
I really hope this is the end of Bob. And I REALLY hope that XU issues a statement calling his comments hurtful, inflammatory, tasteless, classless and whatever else we can think of. I’m confused how it even made it on the air. WLW uses a 7 second delay and will bleep callers and guests who say things they shouldn’t.

Perhaps I’d feel differently if I had more confidence in their ability to publicly respond to things like this, but I don’t.
