Yes, what price glory. I have already registered my disdain for Pitino no matter how good of a coach he has been. Cooley’s departure from Providence is disappointing as were Miller and Mack from Xavier. The big business aspect of college basketball rears its ugly head. Sean Miller is making over $2 million less/year than Ed Cooley is making. Stating that an Athletic Director at a major University would say that something would never happen again is ludicrous on its face.
