I didn't find it particularly compelling that he didn't mention his religious concerns when WSU set him up to speak with a doctor. Why would that have come up in his conversation with the doctor? And I also don't think it's at all compelling that he didn't mention his religious reasons for hesitancy earlier (particularly publicly) since people are allowed (often encouraged) to keep their religious beliefs private. However, if he cannot show that he has applied his religious beliefs/concerns in other aspects of his life, then I definitely think his case gets very difficult.
