IIRC Jordan Crawford broke that string.

I was reading an article about the new re-design of Wendy's stores.
It mentioned that they'll have a dedicated window for "delivery orders."
Years ago we would occasionally get a pizza delivered, but that was long ago.
My question is, do a lot of people get hamburgers delivered at home, from a Wendy's for example?
(if the answer is yes, I guess it's an age thing)
I've not done it, but I think Postmates and Uber Eats are pretty popular. Even for things like Wendy's.
I just remembered...I think the DQ on Montgomery was open really late, or all night, in the 60's.
They would deliver at 2 or 3 in the morning...brazier burgers. Just the thing after stumbling home from Dana's.
Most new businesses are predicated on making it more convenient for the customers. Delivery is a big thing this generation - forget what they are called. Wondering we are obese as a society?
I was at X from 68-72. I knew guys that would order 3 or 4 nights a week. George and Dorcas owned the DQ. They actually had their own menu, which was better than DQs standard menu. They had a cheeseburger on rye which was delicious. Don't remember his name but there was an Albino delivery guy. Everyone just called him Whitey. They probably made a fortune off of XU students.
I don’t know that they delivered, but we ordered monster sandwiches from Anna’s. It seemed like such a great value, but they were so GIANT that they were hard to eat, and they used enough mayo to make it like a slip’n slide! What a delicious MESS!
I pitied the Zeno's guy and his 3 wheeler.
If only I could be at Zip’s right now crushing a Zipburger with fries, I’d give up one of my wishes for that!
But I’d need to have like a million wishes. Still, it is on the list!
I lived in mt lookout my last two years at X. Boy were those satisfying walks up to the square! Really bummed Zenos closed because that zenover was something else. Guess I missed out on the delivery part which pisses me off!
