I’ll pose the same question to you as the one that lou refuses to answer. Why are you trying so hard to prove your opinion that masks don’t work? Is it government conspiracy theory, a “rights” thing, a mandate thing, or you just so badly want to be right about something because you need some kind of fulfillment in your life?

That’s seriously what I don’t understand. It’s putting a mask on, is it that big of a deal? It’s not lockdowns that wrecked the economy, it’s something that is temporarily uncomfortable.

So, what exactly is your position now...is it that masks don't help to mitigate the spread of covid, or is it that recommending wearing a mask to non mask wearers is not effective (because that is what that study explained)

Also, if your position of anti-mask is still accurate. why?

Actually many of those graphs are included in the list of links I published here a couple of days ago. Unfortunately, to understand those graphs and your/my point requires critical thinking skills.... (or more likely an open mind)

If y’all would have worn your masks at the beginning this wouldn’t be an issue. Can’t half do something and expect it to work. Wonder how long until the new vaccines are useless on the new mutations and variants? Maybe the Anti-Mask people should be injected with the virus to speed up herd immunity. I mean it’s just the flu right?

This is just false. California and New York have had spikes recently and mask usage there is very nearly 100%.

To add, I'm not on the 'masks provide no protection' bandwagon, but saying the virus wouldn't be an issue right now if people wore masks last summer is ridiculous.
