It’s almost hard to tell the difference between now and 18 months ago where I live and in Florida where we recently returned from. A few closed tables at restaurants, people considerate enough to wear masks in close quarters. Common sense. The people at either extreme on the spectrum want to wind things up. The common ground closer to the middle seems to be the common sense territory. I have no reason to get wound up about this other than pointing out that extremism is usually unfounded, at best. My wife and I both get our first dose of the Pfizer vaccine next week. To say we are looking forward to it is an understatement.
We got the first shot a week ago but had to drive 90+ minutes each way. The second shot will be at a location about 30 minutes away in a couple weeks. Vary happy to save on that drive, even happier with the prospect of having it behind us.......... for now.
