Third circuit breaker is actually 20%. I thought it was closer to 15% before I looked it up. That's pretty steep. I think I'll revise my prediction to say we just hit the first two circuit breakers (one down!).
Fuck! This is shitty. I had some cash sitting on the sidelines some which I put in the market last week. Looks like that was a mistake. I think I may leave the rest to sit for a while. No telling where the bottom of this is.
