I know, it was just further confirmation of what I already knew. I agree that he appears to have misplayed his hand, as he had the opportunity. It wouldn't surprise me if the continued mentions of Xavier were the actions of a teenage kid trying to save face after messing up (and a coaching staff supporting him in that regard).Quote:

I was also referring to the fact that Butler was after Nichols too, not just X.
No way in hell that Tulane makes the NCAA tourney in his time in NO.
Of course Xavier and Butler are better basketball choices. But Tulane is a far better school than both, and it's located in New Orleans. I'm just saying that no one should feel back for Nichols.
