SB: I've tried to be civil in this discussion re: Mr. Garcia, however you swerve into accusations, innuendo, and outright errors (lies?) re: due process in the Constitution. Your argument is with the Supremes, not poor posters like me on a message board. . .the SC told the administration to get Garcia back in this country because it erred in deporting him. Do you or do you not agree with the SC?

Not sure he’s ready however how about Obama ordering a drone strike on an American Citizen living abroad. No doubt he was a bad dude however I don’t remember a hint of the “gnashing of teeth” like we are now experiencing.

3. Lol article 2 section 8 doesn’t exist. Who’s the moron? You’re such a constitutional scholar.
3b.) just because you don’t agree with them doesn’t mean it’s not the law. Whatever you think doesn’t matter when to come to the law, bud. You’d think being such a legal scholar, you’d understand that.

Oh btw the constitution absolutely does grant the justices lifetime appointments. Something else you got wrong . It’s in article 3 for reference
