I tried without success to find that red bar chart on the NOAA website, following the link below the chart.
That link is to NOAA documents that all show a global warming trend over the years.
Would like to see the red bar chart in original. It looks like it might be only one month's temps (December) and no way of knowing if it's for the globe or some smaller part.

I read all the tweets from that guy. And I went to the link he posted from NOAA.
And I understand he is making that claim, with the red bar chart to back him up I guess.
But I have NOAA's statement from the link he provided which says the planet has warmed (see the quote I posted above);
and his statement that is just that...his statement.
Confusing I think. Wish he could link to that red bar chart, upon which his statement is based.
It contradicts what NOAA says, and I think it might just be for one month or something. NOAA notes that some countries in December were colder than average, but overall the planet warmed.

Well, the chart appears to have the word December in the upper left hand corner, which might indicate on month's data, and maybe just for one place.
And it doesn't appear anywhere on the link he posted with it.
If the answer is NOAA moved the chart, he doesn't say that. Just keeps referring to the chart.
