It’s not the apostrophe added.
It’s the use of the singular verb “is” that indicates he’s talking about their language.
If he meant they were garbage, he’d have said “are” before a plural supporters.
You can easily hear that in the video.

3) signature verification for every vote.

If you are against this, you are simply supporting fraud.

Update on 1 - Virginia: SCOTUS has ruled against Dems. Non-citizens will not be able to vote, much to the chagrin of the crooked Dems.

I don't know... the Puerto Ricans.... in my State of Delaware, they're good, descent, honorable people. The only garbage I see floating out there is his supporters. Yes, the old, bumbling man called half the country trash. But what about the rest of the lies in that statement. I'll make it truthful: "...a comedian at his (Trump's) rally made a joke about Puerto Rico calling ita "floating island of garbage." ... A comedian's joke about Latinos was in poor taste".

When you have to change punctuation and ignore plural vs singular verbs...you've got a weak argument.
When your defense of the, whatever it was in MSG, after seeing 75,000 on the ellipse with only positive messages instead of demeaning everyone and our country...is to go searching for Biden's poor speaking and use it as a both side's deal...you may be in trouble.
