I just don't get your point. The Lawfare article showed how the various statutes were related.
Bragg has other prosecutors on his staff handling the case. Here is a link to the transcript from the New York courts where Lawfare got the quote from the prosecutor. He said the primary crime they were alleging was 17-152 (bottom of the page).
Do you think Bragg will come along later and change that?

Trump is, without question, a pathological lying, misogynist, narcissist. We have also elected him. And we will almost assuredly elect him again. If Joe Biden ends up running against him, which it looks as though he has every intention of doing, Trump will win. Again.

It's all about the lesser of the shitty candidates at this point. Trump is everything you described and more.... Biden, along with also being a pathological liar is unfit to run a Car Wash let alone a country. We live in incredible times.

At this point, I may vote for RFK. I think he's batshit on a lot of different things, but he's better than the other two. He's got zero chance of winning, but when he looks better than the other two, that shows the dire straits this country is in.

We need a political enema in the worst way...the two party system and all its money/influence needs to be blown up.

I won't vote for Trump or Biden. I feel like I have the luxury of living in a state where my vote doesn't matter, so I can basically protest vote. If I lived in a swing state, I'd be a bit more nervous about how I used my vote. I'd probably consider voting for Trump.
