Hypothetically let’s say gytis and Reid are the last to go and no other changes. X keeps two starters, two freshmen that contributed regularly and a developing 4. That’s not bad, much better than last year obviously.
Get one of if not two of free/hunter, a legit 5 and two shooters, and we have ourselves a legit ball club.
And the way I'm looking at it is that we now need to find one more guy in the portal. i'd rather we have 2-3 roles to fill and the staff can zero in on those targets. Filling 4-5 roles just makes it that much more difficult.Quote:

I think any of the 3 guys we had would have been fine as a backup 5. Especially if we get a legit 5 that can play 28-30 minutes a game.
Don't know much about this guy but saw he is from Xenia and is entering the portal...Very thick! 6'5 235 and seems to shoot the 3 well. Not sure if he is BE talent or not, but interesting

Checked this Josh Cohen kid out a bit more since he is visiting this week, and yeah he does look a lot thicker than 220...I'd guess 240 or so...maybe that 220 is when he was a freshman. He looks capable. Not the most athletic guy in the world, but a fierce competitor and not afraid of contact..wouldn't be my first pick, but better than what X had from what highlights tell me.
