Sorry, but it's shocking to me and was to the coach. 4 GAMES? He's a freshman, what did he expect? Big waste of time and effort for UCLA, and hurts their team. Other coaches will see it as a problem, i.e., what if he quits on me? Schollies ain't growing trees.
I agree about that, if he was to transfer, he should have at least waited until season's end. But perhaps he is just antzy to play college ball (could explain why he left H.S. a year early). Leaving HS early is a big deal and when seeing no return one may grow frustrated and maybe it wasn't a good fit for him. A lot of college kids transfer after one semester just because they don't like the campus life.Quote:
